Who are we?

Legendary Learners is a small, values-driven ABA practice founded by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Kadie Bolton, whose mission is to create a practice rooted in ethics, autonomy, and respect for individuals with autism.

Kadie has set out to build their own company that offers ABA therapy that supports meaningful, real-life skills without relying on compliance-based or one-size-fits-all approaches. Legendary Learners was created to center dignity, consent, and self-advocacy in every aspect of care.

We provide neurodiversity-affirming ABA support to families in Haslet, Roanoke, Keller, Saginaw, and other areas in DFW, focusing on practical skill development that helps learners navigate their world with confidence. Our work is collaborative and family-centered, ensuring support that is humane, thoughtful, and sustainable for everyday life.

Our current therapy model is designed to provide highly individualized, consistent care through direct care from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This approach ensures that each client benefits from the clinical expertise, oversight, and continuity that a BCBA brings to every session. By working closely with families, the BCBA can model strategies, provide real-time feedback, and build strong collaborative relationships that support meaningful progress. As our program continues to grow, there may be opportunities to expand this model to include additional team members while maintaining the same high standards of quality and personalized care.

Real-Life Experiences

Hands-on support for challenging real-world situations such as haircuts, dentist visits, doctor appointments, and other community outings. We help learners prepare, communicate their needs, and practice coping strategies in a respectful, trauma-informed way — without force or compliance-based approaches.

Kadie Bolton, BCBA

Kadie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her career, she has worked with children and families across a variety of settings and is deeply committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and ethical care.

Kadie’s approach to ABA is rooted in respect, collaboration, and self-advocacy. She believes that therapy should support clients in understanding themselves, expressing their needs, and advocating for who they are, rather than forcing them to conform to rigid societal expectations. Her goal is to help clients build skills that increase independence, confidence, and quality of life in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to them.

She places a strong emphasis on family involvement and education, working closely with caregivers to ensure that strategies are practical, sustainable, and aligned with each family’s values. Kadie is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered, and where progress is defined by growth and well-being, not just compliance.

In her personal life, Kadie loves playing Dungeons and Dragons, watching zombie movies, and trying new foods.

Lainee Bolton, Director of operations

Lainee provides administrative support and serves as the primary point of contact for families. She helps coordinate scheduling, intake, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from the very first interaction. Lainee is committed to making the process as stress-free and supportive as possible for families.
